PUBLIC NOTICE

that a review and evaluation of the image processing system currently in use for Municipal Agency General Records, Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards of Adjustment, Municipal Law Department, Municipal Local Building Official, Municipal Clerk, Municipal Insurance Commission, Municipal Welfare Departments, Municipal Housing and Development, Municipal Engineering Department, and Municipal Health Department records maintained in the offices of the Township of Denville’s Municipal Clerk’s Office, Building and Construction Office and Health Department has been completed and an application for registration of said image processing system for the keeping of public records has been submitted, per P.L.1994, c.140 and N.J.A.C. 15:3-4 and 5. 

Copies of the completed application are available for viewing and examination by the public at the offices of the Township of Denville, Municipal Clerk’s Office, located at 1 St. Mary’s Place, Denville, NJ 07834, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding State holidays) between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
