in the Council Chambers at the Denville Municipal Building, 1 St. Mary’s Place. In a meeting with the Township Attorney and Township Planner on Tuesday afternoon, it was determined that after months of negotiations with the developers as part of the pending Declaratory Judgment Action pending in NJ Superior Court, the settlement agreements have arrived into a final acceptable form and are ready to be presented to the Township Council for consideration and a vote.

There will also be a brief conceptual plan presentation at the same Council Meeting for the proposed Station Village development (former Redmond Press property), which is associated with the Area in Need of Redevelopment designation approved along the Rt-53 corridor earlier this year. As usual, the meeting will include a public portion, where public comments will be welcome.
